How do I return an item?

WARRANTY The manufacturer's warranty applies on all items. Wacky Hippo does not
provide any warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. All required technical support will be provided
by the manufacturer. Wacky Hippo can assist you with contacting the
manufacturer if you have any problems but the warranty is ultimately the
manufacturer’s responsibility.RETURN POLICY (non-defective) - Buyers Remorse
Products may be returned within 14 days of
receipt. Returned products must be in NEW/UNUSED, fully functional, and
undamaged condition. Please provide a complete description of the reason for
return. Returns must include the original box, packing
materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns must have a return
merchandise authorization number (RMA) and will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE
RETURN SHIPPING. All returns will be inspected and we reserve the right
to adjust the refund depending upon the condition of the returned
product. To obtain a RMA number, please contact Wacky Hippo. CANCELLING A ORDERIf you
request to cancel an order after submitting and paying, prior to shipping, the
order will be cancelled and refunded MINUS
PayPal transaction fees. PayPal does not credit these transaction fees to Wacky Hippo.DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The manufacturer reserves the right to ship free replacement
parts if any damage occurs. Customers are
responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly
damaged beyond warranty repair, a return for a full refund will be
offered. If damage is not reported within 48 hours of receiving the
item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the
customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. Defective un-repairable products must
be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty
allowances. Please contact Wacky Hippo for
a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA request must be submitted within 7 days of
receipt. Please provide a complete description of the problem and pictures if possible. Buyer will be emailed a prepaid return label. Once the unit is returned, however, if it turns out the unit IS NOT defective, we will deduct the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs from the buyers refund.
